Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work shift
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hospitality or cleaning roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service
- Work flexible schedules including weekends as required
