The position of Housekeeper at Monarch Beach Golf Links represents an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a hospitality-driven environment and have a strong commitment to maintaining superior service standards. The Housekeeper will be a key contributor to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all operational areas—including offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchens, and restrooms—are consistently clean and well-maintained. The hourly compensation for this role ranges between $17.50 and $18.50, reflecting the importance the club places on attracting dedicated and hardworking team members.

In this role, the Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the club’s facilities. Duties include performing both light and heavy cleaning such as window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning, and polishing. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for emptying trash cans and ashtrays, identifying when supplies are running low, and reporting these needs to their supervisor to ensure continuous availability of cleaning materials. Safety in the workplace is paramount, and the Housekeeper will incorporate safe work practices into their daily job performance. This position is suitable for those with at least one month of related experience or training and requires regular and reliable attendance to maintain the seamless operation of the club.
