Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- certification in CPR and First Aid, training available upon hire
- ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in English
- experience in housekeeping preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing residents' apartments, common areas, guest rooms, and offices
- changing linens in apartments as scheduled
- performing laundry duties as needed
- spot cleaning carpets
- servicing apartments as they become vacant to ensure efficient turnover
- reviewing the physical environment and reporting maintenance needs
- assisting personnel and residents in creating a home-like atmosphere
- performing all other duties as assigned
