Your duties will range from refreshing beds with crisp linens, restocking essential supplies, and keeping public spaces gleaming to managing housekeeping carts efficiently and performing detail-oriented tasks like swapping AC filters and adding touches of paint. This role is not only about cleaning but also about providing exceptional customer service where your friendly demeanor helps enhance the guest experience. You will act as a Guest Happiness Hero, responding promptly and politely to guests’ needs, becoming a memorable face that contributes to their overall satisfaction.
