Job Requirements

Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job
Able to successfully complete CHRI, CORI, and SORI checks

Job Qualifications

Education sufficient to read, write, and speak English effectively
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills with community groups
Respect for diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competency
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work
Discretion and respect for privacy of residents and guests

Job Duties

Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned property areas
Use cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies
Clean and disinfect bathrooms
Clean and disinfect kitchen and dining areas
Wipe and dust surfaces including windows, mirrors and partitions
Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes
Mop and clean hard surface flooring
Use mechanical cleaning machines for deep cleaning
Pick up and empty trash containers
Assist in setup and breakdown of special events
Notify maintenance of any issues
Assist with snow removal during winter
Perform other related duties as assigned
