Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces as needed
- Perform routine and emergency cleaning as situations arise
- Prepare rooms for new residents, and assist in creating a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents
- Remove trash, handle linens, and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces to maintain facility standards
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and facility sanitary standards
