Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning duties
- good communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to interact politely with residents and guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a residential or healthcare setting is an advantage
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces
- vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
- clean surfaces throughout the community
- respond to resident room emergencies
- log cleaning activities as required
- interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
