This Housekeeper role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the living spaces within the White Sands community to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for residents. This is a full-time position offering shifts from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a competitive pay range of $19 to $20.50 per hour depending on experience. In this role, the successful candidate will perform vital housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident apartments, common areas, dining spaces, and clinical areas following stringent infectious disease control policies. The Housekeeper will play a key role in upholding the community's standards for cleanliness and sanitation, which directly impacts residents' wellbeing and satisfaction.

The role demands effective communication skills, both oral and written in English, to interact courteously with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members. The Housekeeper is expected to conduct routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing, and trash removal while maintaining an organized and well-stocked work cart. An essential part of the job includes vigilance towards safety concerns and needed repairs, which must be promptly reported to supervisors.
