Job Description
CNS is a dedicated healthcare community committed to transforming the lives of individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries. We understand the profound impact that such injuries can have on a person's life, often altering everything in an instant. At CNS, we strive to ease the suffering of our patients and provide them with the support they need to regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our team, known as "PATHfinders," works collaboratively to explore every possible pathway to help our patients reach their maximum potential. We foster a supportive and empowering work environment that encourages innovation, selflessness, and professionalism. While we take our work seriously, we also value a fun and enriching atmosphere that promotes continuous professional development and strong collaboration among colleagues.
The Housekeeper role at CNS is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across our clinical and residential facilities. By ensuring that these spaces are orderly and hygienic, Housekeepers directly contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients and staff. This full-time position involves routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning surfaces, and managing waste disposal. Housekeepers may also be responsible for moving furniture, distributing supplies, and performing basic maintenance to keep our clinic departments, residential homes, and apartments in top condition. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work across multiple floors, including homes or apartment complexes with stairs.
Working as a Housekeeper at CNS offers the opportunity to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by brain injuries. It is a position that demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a true commitment to supporting others. The work schedule is primarily during weekdays, providing a reliable and consistent working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, appreciate being part of a team, and want to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values the impact of their efforts.
At CNS, we value our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being and professional growth. Benefits include paid time off, extended sick leave, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and reimbursement opportunities for professional licenses and continuing education. We also provide daily pay access and exclusive discounts through LifeMart, as well as financial services from Wisely that offer early direct deposit and cashback rewards. Joining CNS as a Housekeeper is not just a job; it is a chance to be part of a community that truly cares and makes a difference each day.
