- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to use cleaning chemicals safely
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas
- thoroughly sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- dust, vacuum, mop, and empty trash
- wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and resident personal laundry
- maintain laundry rooms, housekeeping carts, and cleaning equipment
- follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures
- help ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and sanitation standards
