Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant housekeeping experience desirable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
- Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
- Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
- Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
- Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
- Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, including broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons, and properly reporting as found
- Respect for guests' property
- Responsible care of equipment
- Report to work on time and according to posted schedule, maintain accurate time records and follow proper standards for issuance of rooms
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers
- Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
