We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining both private residences and common apartment amenities to ensure every space meets our quality standards. The Housekeeper's primary responsibilities include performing general cleaning and sanitizing tasks, such as disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas, washing dishes, utensils, and cooking ware, wiping and dusting surfaces, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming floors, and replacing linens. In addition to these duties, the Housekeeper will also manage laundry tasks like washing and folding towels and linens, along with taking out trash and notifying maintenance of any issues discovered while cleaning.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and professionalism, as the Housekeeper will be expected to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as well as to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and pull, are essential for performing the job effectively.
