Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with cleaning safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90 percent or above
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly following established safety procedures
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items adhering to established protocols
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
