Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- ability to work full time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- must be able to pass Florida Level 2 background screening
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to perform light cleaning duties in a healthcare environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors
- vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies
- shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery
- dusts and polishes furniture and fittings
- cleans metal fixtures and fittings
- empties and cleans trash containers
- disposes of trash in a sanitary manner
- cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
- wipes down glass surfaces
- makes up beds and changes linens as required
- realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
- responds to guest queries and requests
- responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses
- contributes to team efforts
- exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others
- performs other duties as assigned
