Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills
- Desire to serve guests
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality for clock-in and clock-out times
- Ability to provide notice for absences
- Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Ability to clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work cooperatively to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology for each role
- Answer all phone calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests courteously while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy each shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with proper grooming and a nametag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in various areas of the hotel
