As a Housekeeper at Atria Senior Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community, ensuring that residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment. The role encompasses responsibilities both in general housekeeping and direct resident care through meal service duties. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the community interiors, including common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and especially residents’ individual apartments. Attention to detail is paramount, as this includes vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, cleaning refrigerators, and performing deep cleaning tasks that contribute to the overall health and appeal of the community.

Your duties will also extend to providing courteous and friendly service to residents during meal times. This includes greeting residents, taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with clearing and resetting tables. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and effective communication skills. Additionally, you will handle laundry tasks such as washing and drying linens and adhere strictly to company sanitation and safety procedures.
