The role of Guest Environment Expert at Marriott’s Courtyard is a dynamic and vital position grounded in the premise that guest satisfaction goes far beyond just a clean room. The Guest Environment Expert is tasked with maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, encompassing guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas. This role requires a hands-on approach where employees spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and must be physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
