We are currently seeking a professional and energetic Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown. This full-time position plays a vital role in daily operations by maintaining clean, sanitary, and orderly guest rooms and public areas, directly contributing to the hotel’s reputation and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeper will be tasked with performing a variety of cleaning duties including making beds, replenishing linens, vacuuming, and ensuring all areas meet high health and safety standards. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for all hotel guests and upholding the quality standards expected by both the hotel and its management group.

In this position, you will utilize wheeled carts to carry linens, towels, and cleaning supplies effectively, clean diverse areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest rooms, and pay attention to details like dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning various surfaces including carpets and windows. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for the proper disposal of waste, replenishing guest supplies, organizing storage areas, and adhering to safety precautions to protect hotel and guest property.
