The Housekeeper role at Linden Ponds is a full-time position, with a schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This role carries a compensation range of $19 to $21 per hour, commensurate with experience. The housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the community's residences and shared spaces, fostering a safe and sanitary environment for the elderly population. Key responsibilities include cleaning residents' homes in both Independent Living and nursing home settings, upkeeping public areas such as bathrooms and lobbies, as well as classrooms and other communal areas. The position requires proficiency in operating specialized cleaning and carpet care equipment, ensuring that every part of the community remains pristine. This role offers the opportunity to work in a gated community that prioritizes both resident and employee well-being, with no travel required as all client locations are within the community itself.

Job Duties
- Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
- Maintaining cleanliness of the community through the use of specialized equipment
- Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
- Cleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents
- Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
- Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
- Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming
