The company is committed to promoting equity and inclusivity, operating as an Equal Opportunity Employer and Affirmative Action Employer. This means all qualified applicants receive fair consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability status. Crestline Hotels & Resorts represents a dedicated team of hospitality professionals working together to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence within each of its properties.

The Housekeeper role at Crestline Hotels & Resorts is a pivotal position that ensures every guest’s environment is immaculate, comfortable, and inviting. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms and public areas in a consistently orderly and sanitary state. Housekeepers play an essential role in shaping the guest experience by meticulously making beds, replenishing linens and toiletries, and cleaning rooms, hallways, and other common areas. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level positions in the hospitality field, as prior experience is not required, and some high school education is preferred. Working as a Housekeeper at Crestline Hotels & Resorts offers a chance to develop valuable skills and open doors to future career advancement within the company’s organizational structure. Potential career progression may lead from Housekeeping Supervisor to Housekeeping Manager, then onto Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and further up to Area Vice President of Operations. Each step up the career ladder presents new challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute at a higher level within the hospitality industry.

In this role, the Housekeeper will use wheeled carts to carry and transport linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and toiletries efficiently throughout the hotel property. Key responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and various public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms. Maintaining cleanliness in these areas ensures health standards are consistently met, promoting a safe and pleasant atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Additional duties include emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming carpets and upholstery, washing windows and woodwork, waxing, while also restocking supplies that include drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom amenities. Housekeepers also keep storage spaces and equipment carts well-stocked and organized. Vigilance is required to protect the property and guests’ belongings, with prompt reporting of any damage, theft, or found articles to supervisory staff. Furthermore, Housekeepers may be called upon to remove debris from outdoor areas such as driveways, garages, and swimming pools, ensuring a clean environment both inside and outside the hotel.
