Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Willingness to undergo drug screening and maintain a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas to include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
