Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no prior related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and more with assistance
- ability to push and pull loaded carts over uneven surfaces
- physical stamina to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach as needed
- ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- ability to complete safety training and follow protocols

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- enter guest rooms following access and vacancy procedures
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
- make beds and fold terry
- clean bathrooms
- remove trash and dirty linen
- check that all appliances are present and working
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow safety and security policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and store flammable materials properly
- maintain clean and professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests professionally and anticipate service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- support team goals
- ensure quality standards adherence
- move and handle objects with proper techniques
- perform other reasonable duties as requested
