Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds with assistance occasionally
- ability to walk, stand, push, stoop, bend, and stretch frequently
- ability to climb and descend ladders and stairs
- medium work physical capability
- willingness to comply with vaccination requirements where applicable
- strong work ethic
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean offices and common areas including meeting rooms, hallways, reception area, and laundry rooms
- vacuum carpet
- mop/sweep tile and other hard surface flooring
- dust furniture and lamps
- clean mirrors and interior glass surfaces
- wipe window blinds
- remove cobwebs from light fixtures and other areas
- clean laundry machines including clearing filters and wiping down
- clean bathrooms including mopping floors, sanitizing sinks and toilets, restocking supplies, wiping mirrors
- clean employee break room including defrosting and wiping refrigerator
- remove expired items from refrigerator
- clean resident apartments during turnovers
- wash community windows inside and outside biannually
- mop stairways as required
- clean and polish trash chutes and mop/sweep trash room floors
- clean guest suites including laundering linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning kitchens, restocking items, putting away guest conveniences
- complete and submit maintenance slips
- maintain all housekeeping equipment and supplies
- perform deep cleaning every 30 to 60 days
- support and promote a culture of hospitality and employee engagement
