The role of Housekeeper - General Cleaner at Hilton Hawaiian Village is more than just maintaining cleanliness; it is integral to spreading the warmth and light of hospitality that defines Hilton. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Flexible scheduling availability including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness standards consistent with Hilton policies

Job Duties

  • Keep guest rooms spotless
  • Clean all areas of assigned rooms to the highest quality and cleanliness standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and tracks
  • Refresh linens and amenities
  • Remove dirty linens, towels, and amenities from rooms and replace with fresh items
  • Restock and organize supplies
  • Ensure the supply cart is fully stocked for efficient service
  • Report maintenance needs and communicate any room maintenance issues to ensure prompt repairs
