Job Requirements

Education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
Ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stoop during daily work activities
Capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
Willingness to provide courteous and friendly guest service

Job Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Positive, can-do attitude
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Effective communication skills
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 service attitude
Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
Help with laundry and clean public spaces when necessary
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
