Job Requirements

Be current on all vaccinations including COVID-19 and receive CDC recommended booster doses
Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, bending, and lifting
Willingness to adhere to Victory Housing policies and procedures
Must be able to work flexible hours including potential overtime
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect for residents
Availability to clean public restrooms frequently throughout the day
Maintain good hygiene and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and policies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to lift and move furniture for thorough cleaning

Job Duties

Maintain overall cleanliness of community including common areas and suites
Prepare rooms for showing and occupancy within 24 hours of vacancy
Implement all housekeeping policies and procedures
Clean and sanitize community spaces including outdoor patios, entry doors, dining rooms, and public restrooms regularly
Manage inventory and assist in ordering cleaning supplies and approved chemicals
Provide daily maid service in suites including making beds and emptying trash
Respond to resident housekeeping and laundry needs
Attend and assist with special community events
