Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Guest focus and customer service skills
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Motivation and initiative to be your best self
- Attention to detail
- Cleaning experience of one year preferred but not required
- Certification sign off after training
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
- Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, restock rooms
- Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping cart
- Self-inspect rooms and submit room status report to supervisor
- Practice safety standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
