Job Requirements

Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
Ability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly as part of daily tasks
Capacity to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during the workday
Previous experience in cleaning is helpful but not required

Job Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently without direct supervision and follow directions verbally and in writing
Positive, can-do attitude
Dedication to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
Help in laundry and cleaning public spaces when necessary
Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
