- At least 2 years of experience as a housekeeper in a luxury property
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly polite and trustworthy
- Discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proactive during the owners presence
- Resides nearby or in Coral Gables
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning and organizing all areas of the home
- Care for high-end materials and furnishings with attention to detail
- Manage laundry and ironing ensuring garments are treated according to their care instructions
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Handle any special requests or tasks as directed by the client
- Ensure the property is always in pristine condition
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate person
