Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a housekeeper in a luxury property
Ability to work as part of a team
Friendly polite and trustworthy
Discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Flexible and adaptable
Proactive during the owners presence
Resides nearby or in Coral Gables
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning and organizing all areas of the home
Care for high-end materials and furnishings with attention to detail
Manage laundry and ironing ensuring garments are treated according to their care instructions
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Handle any special requests or tasks as directed by the client
Ensure the property is always in pristine condition
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate person
