Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
understands the practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste
ability to work scheduled hours, including availability for per diem shifts
ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
good communication skills
physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but not required
knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste
ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning schedules
strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy

Job Duties

Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
cleans bathrooms including toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, wipes countertops and mirrors, sterilizes floors
cleans kitchen areas including wiping counters and under objects, mops kitchen floor
vacuums all exposed areas completely, including edges
empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
washes inside of windows as needed
cleans common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units according to standards and supervisor requests
maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to product or supervisor instructions
