Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around cleaning products
Able to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests providing excellent customer service
Perform all other duties as assigned
