Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • Fill and transport housekeeping cart with supplies
  • Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies
  • Change linens and terry with clean items
  • Make beds and fold terry
  • Clean bathrooms and remove trash and dirty linens
  • Check appliances and room furnishings
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • Follow all safety and security policies and report hazards
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Welcome and assist guests including individuals with disabilities
  • Support team goals
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Move, lift, and carry objects as required
