Job Requirements
- Ability to respond promptly to requests
- Ability to enter guest rooms following procedures
- Capability to replace amenities, linens, and terry
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow detailed procedures
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- Fill and transport housekeeping cart with supplies
- Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
- Replace guest amenities and supplies
- Change linens and terry with clean items
- Make beds and fold terry
- Clean bathrooms and remove trash and dirty linens
- Check appliances and room furnishings
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- Follow all safety and security policies and report hazards
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Welcome and assist guests including individuals with disabilities
- Support team goals
- Adhere to quality standards
- Move, lift, and carry objects as required
