Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety guidelines

- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers

Job Duties
- Maintain common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites
- Prepare make-ready units including cleaning all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days
- Maintain and request supplies necessary to perform duties
- Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all model units and leasing tour routes
- Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Work cooperatively within a team environment
