Job Duties

  • stock housekeeping bag to ensure sufficient cleaning supplies and amenities
  • observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
  • clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly
  • restock amenities in cleaned rooms
  • complete housekeeping checklist accurately
  • mark clean rooms for supervisor inspection
  • report damages or hazards in guest rooms
  • secure guest room doors after cleaning
  • maintain neat corridors and service areas
  • turn in lost and found items and room keys
  • adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • follow safety and security procedures
  • know fire prevention and emergency protocols
  • use protective equipment
  • report unsafe conditions to management
  • report accidents, injuries, or property damage
  • maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • perform related duties as assigned by management
  • assist other housekeeping personnel when necessary
