Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments
vacuum, dust, and clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change bed linens, empty waste baskets, and ensure adequate linen supplies
perform deep cleaning of apartments with attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
launder all linens by washing and drying
follow company sanitation and safety procedures
greet residents and guests at tables with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
review menu clearly, take resident orders, and serve meals and desserts
return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
bus and clear dishes from tables, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets
complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
perform other duties as needed and assigned
