- demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
- perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
- comply with county, state, federal, and California Department of Public Health infection and sanitation codes
- ability to safely mix and use cleaning solutions
- maintain adherence to all safety and quality guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work beneficial
- knowledge of infection control and sanitation standards
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- positive attitude towards routine and repetitive tasks
- good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties such as vacuuming residents' rooms
- clean bathrooms and sanitize all surfaces
- dust residents' rooms and common areas
- transport clean and soiled linen to the laundry area
- utilize protective gear appropriately
- safely mix and use cleaning solutions according to safety precautions
- follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain sanitation
