Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of relevant housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors or in customer service environments helpful
- Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 90 pounds, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas
- Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests
- Reporting needed supplies to appropriate designee
- Coordinating housekeeping services with other departments
- Performing other duties as assigned
