We are currently seeking a highly motivated Housekeeper to join our team at The Meridian at Boca Raton. This opportunity offers full-time and part-time positions with an hourly wage range of $15.00 to $16.00. The Housekeeper role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness of our community. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for residents and staff alike. You will work closely under the supervision of leadership to follow established cleaning procedures, deliver excellent service, and contribute positively to our community’s overall atmosphere.
The Housekeeper position requires an individual who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage their responsibilities effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your role will involve cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces with care and professionalism. Job Requirements
- One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background check
