The penthouse features three bedrooms and five bathrooms, with many rooms not in daily use, adding a layer of complexity to the cleaning and maintenance tasks. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm, though the summer schedule is distinct, requiring availability for a live-in role at a Hamptons location from mid-July through September.
