As a Housekeeper at BEI San Francisco, you will be the heart of the hotel with a passion for delivering great service. Your primary responsibility will be to clean guest rooms daily following established hotel procedures, as well as performing deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset, as you will be instrumental in creating clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas throughout the hotel. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring the hotel environment is welcoming and comfortable for all guests.

The housekeeping role involves a variety of duties including sanitizing guest rooms and public spaces, stocking and organizing housekeeping carts, replacing linens, and replenishing guest room supplies. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing deep cleaning tasks such as changing air conditioning filters and performing touch-ups on paint, which contribute to the overall maintenance and appearance of the hotel.

Because the role requires frequent interaction with guests, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You will respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly and positive attitude, helping to create an enjoyable and seamless stay for hotel visitors. Safety and compliance are also critical components of your responsibilities. You will ensure that both guests and hotel property are respected and protected, safeguarding sensitive areas and practicing safe work habits to prevent injuries.
