Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
Ability to work flexible hours
Reliable and punctual
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
Cross train to back up Laundry Department when needed
Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manor
Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities
Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents
Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents
