Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move quickly for long periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work long hours as needed
  • Must complete training and obtain certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping cart
  • Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to supervisor showing completed work
  • Practice safety standards to keep the property safe for guests and associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
