Job Requirements

Must have at least two years janitorial experience, preferably in a corporate setting
must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license
organized and able to handle a variety of duties
able to work with minimal supervision
maintain strict confidentiality
must be able to follow instruction
able to climb stairs
able to lift and carry 25 lbs
able to use a carpet cleaner

Job Qualifications

At least two years janitorial experience, preferably in a corporate setting
valid Mississippi driver’s license
ability to follow instructions accurately
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
organized and able to handle multiple duties
knowledge of operating carpet cleaning equipment

Job Duties

Perform janitorial services including vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces
empty trash receptacles regularly
clean restrooms, offices, and conference rooms
operate carpet cleaning equipment
climb stairs as needed
lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
