Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
Commitment to comply with Fair Housing laws and policies

Job Qualifications

Related experience and/or training
Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers
Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
Must possess attention to detail, manage time effectively and adapt to change in a composed manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Availability to work weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into work schedule

Job Duties

Maintaining of common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites
Preparing make ready units, including cleaning of doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days
Maintaining and requesting of supplies to perform duties
Performing daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour route
Complying with Fair Housing requirements and laws
