Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cleaning experience required
- pass background check
- willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- able to be on feet all day with light lifting
- demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude
- valid driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- possess a great attitude and be a team player
- willing to learn and adopt company cleaning methods
- able to stand and perform light lifting throughout the workday
- have a driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize residential homes according to the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- work with a partner to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently
- travel to different client homes daily while maintaining professional conduct
- perform light lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning
- complete thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- follow safety procedures and company guidelines
