Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property
Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
Dexterity of hands and fingers and ability to grasp tools
Visual acuity to inspect and read computer screens
Ability to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over phone or computer
Occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, sometimes with assistance
Ability to operate computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Willingness to work outside with exposure to elements and in confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas
