In this role, the Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Worker responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within hospital departments. The position is vital to preventing the spread of disease by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing areas, properly disposing of hazardous waste, and sterilizing medical equipment. The Environmental Services Worker operates various cleaning machines and tools, moves furniture and equipment as needed, and adheres strictly to infection control protocols and organizational guidelines. This is a full-time, onsite position with scheduled evening shifts, offering an hourly pay rate ranging from $17.71 to $21.51. The role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness across patient and non-patient areas throughout the medical facility.
