Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • familiarity with landscaping equipment and gardening products preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work safely and maintain confidentiality
  • willingness to work Monday through Friday day shifts with occasional weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industry
  • prior groundskeeping, custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or personal vehicle for work
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • ability to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethics in all interactions

Job Duties

  • maintain the interior and shared spaces of the property including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, and other resident amenities
  • clean and shampoo rugs and carpets and clean hard-surface flooring using appropriate supplies and safety signage
  • perform door-to-door trash pickup and transport waste to disposal areas throughout the day
  • assist in the make-ready process by deeply cleaning recently vacated units before new residents move in
  • engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner while working around the property
  • ensure a safety-first approach in all cleaning and maintenance activities
  • work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property grounds free of trash and waste
