Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
valid driver’s license
ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
familiarity with landscaping equipment and gardening products preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work safely and maintain confidentiality
willingness to work Monday through Friday day shifts with occasional weekends

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industry
prior groundskeeping, custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or personal vehicle for work
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong organizational and time management skills
ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ability to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethics in all interactions

Job Duties

maintain the interior and shared spaces of the property including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, and other resident amenities
clean and shampoo rugs and carpets and clean hard-surface flooring using appropriate supplies and safety signage
perform door-to-door trash pickup and transport waste to disposal areas throughout the day
assist in the make-ready process by deeply cleaning recently vacated units before new residents move in
engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner while working around the property
ensure a safety-first approach in all cleaning and maintenance activities
work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property grounds free of trash and waste
