Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to read the English language
- Physical ability to perform activities such as typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or sitting for periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work hours that coincide with community operations and weekends as necessary
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Abides by fair housing laws
- Thoroughly cleaning apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Stripping and waxing hallways
- Cleaning laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse, and all common areas
- Cleans up trash in common areas
- Vacuum carpets
- Clean windows, doors, and furnishings
