Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of housekeeping or related cleaning experience
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must be able to interact respectfully with individuals with disabilities
Availability to work part-time hours
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Clean and maintain common interior areas including hallways, lobbies, and entryways
Maintain exterior grounds such as parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping
Perform cleaning duties for unit turnovers within 3-5 days after vacancy
Ensure all cleaning activities create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff including individuals with disabilities
Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards
Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning tasks
